So.... the other day I was making some pajama pants and I was pinning the pattern on the material and Dru and Juno were helping/visiting me while I worked. I had to leave my shop for a couple of minutes and Dru and Juno left as well. I was on my way down the stairs to return to my project when Juno dropped my pincushion on the stairs along with sawdust and pins. Well take a look at the picture.

I was so sad. This little tomato with its accompanying strawberry has been with me since I was 12, so that is a long, long time. It was with me every step of the way when I learned to sew. It was just right, not too hard and not too squishy. It was perfect and I was going to make it last until I died. Juno decided for some odd reason that she was going to play with it. IDIOT! Hello, it has pins in it. I was afraid that she might have swallowed some because today she did not seem well at all. Well, turns out she is fine and she was just all mopey because she thought we didn't love her and we hadn't worshipped her enough today. It is a good thing she is so cute and I love her so much.
Anyway, I had to buy a new pincushion which I was not happy about but it looks like my old one and was only $1.99. This was way easier and cheaper to fix than when she chewed on the rocking-chair.
